Individual Therapy
50-min psychotherapy sessions on a weekly basis to start; in-person or virtual for Oregon & Washington residents.
We all go through times when we feel lost, alone, or stuck. Anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, grief, or major life transitions can make it difficult to feel grounded in your life. In therapy, we will create a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and begin to move forward with more clarity and self-understanding.
I work with adults and teens who tend to carry a lot internally - people who think deeply, feel deeply, and often hold themselves to very high standards. Many of my clients experience anxiety, perfectionist patterns, or are navigating important life transitions such as career changes, relationship shifts, or grief and loss.
I specialize in supporting the perinatal population. This includes processing birth trauma, navigating the emotional complexity of postpartum experiences, and making space for the profound identity shifts that can come with becoming a parent. In addition, I also have extensive experience working with neurodiverse clients, including those diagnosed with ADHD. Together we can explore ways to better understand your mind, reduce shame, and build systems and perspectives that support how you naturally function.
My approach is eclectic and collaborative, meeting you where you are with warmth and without judgment. While I draw from narrative, somatic, and emotion-focused therapies, our work is not limited to talking - my office includes art materials, crafts, games, and fidgets to create a more expressive and supportive environment for exploration. I also invite clients to share tea during our hour together.
