Having experienced pregnancy and a traumatic birth myself, I understand firsthand the emotional complexities and needs that arise during this time. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can freely express your innermost worries and sense of self. My therapeutic approach is designed to help you find emotional balance, build coping strategies, and develop self-compassion as you navigate the intricacies of pregnancy and childbirth.

Pregnancy and childbirth are transformative experiences for both the birthing individual and their partner/s. I provide couples therapy and offer a safe space for partners to express their own emotions, concerns, values and expectations. Building strong emotional connections and understanding within the family unit is essential during this time of change, and I am here to facilitate open communication and readiness.
When working with couples, I use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and The Gottman Method to support increased understanding and the development of sustainable and effective communication skills.
